Reverie Notch
Reverie;
a state of being pleasantly lost in one’s thoughts––a daydream.
That is how we felt the first time we stepped foot on this estate. The 1887 Victorian home or “gingerbread house” as it has been lovingly dubbed by the community, is framed by the Ossipee mountains and and situated on 16 acres of both open field and forrest–– bordered by the Bearcamp river. The history and essence of this space has helped us slow down and try to hold on to the little details–– The way the clouds move or how the monarch butterflies love the wildflowers in August.
We all know the day of an event vanishes before your eyes, and that reminder to savor every moment is a necessity.
Drop by and take walk thought the wild flowers, see the tree’s vibrant fall colors on the mountain side, or listen to the quiet of the snow. We’d love to have you here.
Picture this—
a space thoughtfully crafted by two seasoned photographers. The direction and time of the sunset? The background of all of your photos? The amount of natural light in a room? These are just a handful of elements that make a photo great but that are often overlooked in spaces we’ve photographed over the years. As we develop Reverie Notch into the dream-like atmosphere we’ve imagined, we’d love for you to be a part of it. Reach out if you’re interested in planning an event, wedding, retreat or gathering. We’d love to chat with you about your ideas to bring people together and help you figure out what’s possible to bring your ideas to life.
